About the role:

As a professional Garden maintenance and Landscaping company our niche market is maintaining grounds and landscaping to a very high standard. With 80% of our work coming from recommendation and repeat business, customer satisfaction is vitally important to us. To that end, all our work is carried out to the highest standards to ensure 100% customer satisfaction!

We are looking for a Trainee Landscaper to support the business and join our landscaping teams. This is a great opportunity to learn the business and develop your skills to a professional landscaping level. You will start by labouring, making the mixes of cement, basic groundworks followed by learning the more technical aspects such as paving, fencing etc in due course with experience.

About you:

  • You must be physically fit, this will require long days in all weathers.

  • Be able to follow direction from the team leader correctly and efficiently.
  • Enjoy working outside in all weathers.
  • Personally motivated.
  • Have an eagerness to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.

  • Good communication skills with other members of the team, the public and clients.
