JHPS Limited prides itself on delivering excellent results and making sure our customers are completely satisfied. In fact, 80% of the garden maintenance and landscaping work we carry out is repeat work or is from referrals.

In order to give our customers a chance to let us know what they think of our services and suggest areas we could improve on, we carried out a customer satisfaction survey. We were very pleased with the results we received… 

Q. How would you rate the work we do for you?

We asked our customers to rate our services as ‘Poor’, ‘Average’, ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’. We were delighted to find that:

  • 72.5% of those surveyed rated our services as ‘Excellent’
  • 22.5% rated our services as ‘Good’.

Overall, 95% of our customers were very pleased with the work we carry out for them. They also had some constructive suggestions for improvements and additional services we could offer. These have given us some great ideas for the future!

Mrs Cheadle commented "I am very happy with the garden maintenance service and landscaping that JHPS has done. The regular (fortnightly) garden maintenance keeps the lawns neat and tidy with stripes and all the borders weeded. The bushes are trimmed at the right time and I don’t have to worry, it is just all done when it should be, they do a really good job."
