Meet the Team
All our staff are highly trained to provide you with the best service possible.
Jason is the Owner and Managing Director of the company.
Jason did the RHS Diploma in Horticulture at Reaseheath College and has excellent plant knowledge. With 20 years of experience he is able to manage all your grounds maintenance needs.
Jason writes a column for The Sentinel on a fortnightly basis giving expert advice on a range of gardening topics.
He is also one of the expert gardeners on Radio Stoke where he answers many gardening questions.
Jason is married and has two sons.
Chris has been with the company since May 2008. He is a competent and trustworthy member of the team and was made Technical Director in 2017.
He manages all of the landscaping and maintenance teams.
Chris holds a Degree in Forensic Science.
Chris plays Sunday league football. He has a keen interest in motorbikes and enjoys going to music festivals.
Emma is the Operations Director and is responsible for the daily operation of the company. In her spare time, she enjoys watching films and spending time with her family.
Jade is the Operations Co-ordinator and works with both the onsite and office teams to ensure that everything runs smoothly. During her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog and socialising with friends.
Jordan has been with the team since 2014.
Jordan joined the team as an Apprentice Gardener and is now a Team Leader at JHPS Gardens. He works to a very high standard that JHPS works to.
Jack Logan joined the team as an apprentice gardener and is now a fully qualified Landscape Gardener. He works with a team of two other men and ensures that the work completed is to a very high standard.
Senior Client Manager
Working closely with the Operations Coordinator and the two Client Managers, Charlotte spends a lot of her time speaking to our clients and ensuring that they are receiving the best service possible.
Business Development Assistant
When it comes to marketing and business development, Alexandria is the person to get in touch with. Alex helps the Operations Director to develop the company and will often be found at networking events.
HR and Compliance Advisor
Marianne deals with all things HR and recruitment, as well as helping to ensure that we are compliant with all Health and Safety related legislation and regulations.
Jordon joined the team in April 2016 and works mainly with the regular maintenance teams.
Ryan joined the JHPS team straight from school.
He has just completed his Apprenticeship in Horticulture and takes great pride in his work and is a great team player.
Cameron works with the landscaping team assisting the team leader with all aspects of work on site. He spends his weekends playing football for local teams.
Steve is an apprentice gardener, working mainly with the landscaping teams. He joined the team last year and is currently completing an NVQ in Horticulture.
Dealing with all things to do with finance, Louise will be your first point of contact if you want to make a payment.
During her spare time she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Ki has recently completed her BTEC Level 2 in Business and Administration and works as a Client Manager in the office. She spends a lot of her time writing up quotes and creating CAD drawings, as well as helping the Operations Co-ordinator to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Jess is one of our Client Managers and deals with all of our Landscape Designs. She will be your first point of contact for all designs.
Supporting the Client Managers and the Operations Director, Sam can be found doing all manner of things including writing quotes, overseeing GDPR implementation and writing articles for the website.
During her spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
