JHPS Gardens Limited – Marketing Internship 2017
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a driven, enthusiastic and creative person within the marketing division of JHPS Gardens Limited.
About JHPS Gardens Limited
As a group that has grown revenue by 26.54% and increased our employee base from 15 to 25 in just 12 months these are very exciting times for us.
We feel strongly that marketing is involved in every aspect of our company and consequently what you will be asked to work on may vary from:
- Website development
- Locating key client areas to target – create and deploy marketing campaigns
- General team support
- The success candidate would also have a valuable opportunity to not only to be able to work with others on a project but also to lead a project of their own design from start to completion with them being able to report directly to the Operations Director on how successful they have been. We feel there must be a ROI for every action we take, therefore we would expect the right candidate to be analytical, giving a breakdown of the expected costs and the expected return on that investment.
In 2016/17 our marketing activities generated in excess of £3,500,000.00 of which we expect to win a minimum of 20% to add to existing repeat business. With this being such a vital role, you would expect it to be maintained by a full-time Manager with a supporting team. In reality, it is Managed by one of the Director’s, with micro-projects being assigned to other team members following an annual marketing meeting. We are looking for the right person to take accountability for the whole of the marketing plan and budget so that they are targeting not only the right clients but also the right employees to ensure that the group can grow by a minimum of 30% this year.
Due to our goals being such, there would be the offer of a full-time contract at the end of the internship for the right candidate.
- Completed or studying towards a Marketing degree (or equivalent)
- Attention to detail
- Sound time management and prioritisation
